Cancellation & Refund Policy

At HomeWithHalo.in, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our policy below to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
- To cancel, please email us at support@homewithhalo.in with your order number.
- If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.
After Dispatch:
- If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- You may still be eligible for a return/refund after delivery (see below).
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
Eligible Products:
- Products received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- Return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Eligible Products:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable".
- Items that have been used or altered.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition:
- A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of COD orders, we’ll initiate a UPI/Bank transfer.
Note: Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer exchanges.
- If you need a different product or size, please initiate a return and place a new order.
